White Nancy

A folly built in 1817 by a local landowner to commemorate the Battle of Waterloo. A white structure at the top of Kerridge Hill which can be seen for miles and is a perfect motif for a landscape painter. An interesting shape , I may paint it as a smaller part of the composition and focus on the horizon and distant fields. Framed artwork for sale direct from the artists. Mixed media landscape paintings available to buy at affordable prices . These can easily be purchased via my Store Page @ www.billtollyart.co.uk/shop
